One of the most underappreciated films ever, and one of Nicholas Cage's best roles. Nobody's ever seen it, and you never find it for sale anywhere. And it's Scorsese... always seems weird to me. Don't know why this one didn't get more attention.

I remember it! I watched it in my first year at Uni. It was alright. Definitely a great character role for Cage.
-
I've always wanted to see this, but as you said its hard to find.
-
It could potentially be my favorite movie.

It is out there.
I saw this on a cable/sat channel a while back. I liked it. It was intense. That was a good role for him.

I saw this movie a long time ago and it felt so dreary to me, but I think I may watch it again to make better sense of it.

It's extremely dreary, yeah. But I love it, and it has an interesting way of presenting various messages, despite the overall harshness.
-
I've added it to my Netflix queue, sounds interesting.

I vaguely remember seeing this when it came out. But I only remember one or two scenes from it.
Added to netflix queue.

I too saw this when it was pretty new. I really don't remember a lot about it, but I do remember it being pretty dreary, and liking it.
Now I want to see it again.
