Don't worry, it is very nice, and I am happy...
Unfortunately it is near the sea... I am 10 minutes from the beach.....aaaaaannnnd.... there is a cyclone that is apparently headed this way or something. Should hit tomorrow night...
Last time something like that happened in this city many years ago, there was a flooding near the coastal line and all hell broke loose...
So yea... if I am not around for a few days... don't worry. :P

Someone hold me.

Dang! Survive it, survive the Hell out of it!
P.S. Free hugs here.
-
Go out and yell at the storm.
ps, good luck!
-
I shall go to my roof and scream out the lyrics "I SHALL SURVIVE!"
And the storm will laugh.
-
Remember the new place I moved in to?
No.
WTF?
Did you have a party or something the day you got moved in and invited everybody except me? :o
-
I... uh...
huh?
-
Dude, what you do is run straight into it flipping it the bird. It's cathartic. Seriously.
-

-

Yes you can do as you will with my goats.
What the hell have I walked into now? :o

What the hell have I walked into now? :o
Well presumably all of his stuff in his house. If the storm gets him, it'll get his house too. Goats are the exception, they're impenetrable to water.
-
Please don't use the words "goat" and "impenetrable" in the same sentence.
Keebler will think of it as a challenge.
-
I think he meant "impervious" anyway. ;D
-
hehe...
So far no storm yet. How anticlimactic!
Apparently it is expected to hit in a few days.
-
don't be a wuss!! haha, i live near the sea too.. in the Philippines before, i was right in front of the ocean.. during typhoons, we'd have the beach right at our doorstep instead of outside the fence.

Good thing the Phet lost power on its detour to Oman and was declassified from a class 5 tropical cyclone (like Hurricane Katrina), to a thunderstorm.
Rained from last night at 12:30, and is still raining 12 hours later. We haven't had power since four in the morn. Glad I have a laptop. :)
Raisa, that sounds awesome.
Went to the beach to check things out, and the government had basically blockaded access.
The port end of the city is underwater and has been evacuated.
-
Pug, that's crazy, man. Hang in there. Best wishes to you and everybody in that area.
Maybe we all should just contact Andrew Ryan and get our own Rapture going...
-
lol thanks D.
Finally got power 18 hours later. The worst of it was not getting sleep. Felt like a zombie. Conditions were too wet to use a generator.
Anyway this wasn't the cyclone. Apparently these were just after effects from when it hit Oman.
The real cyclone may or may not hit in a few hours. Should be fun. Saw a really awesome rainbow today.
