B/c even though it's listed as FREE, it still asking for like personal info and stuff (Name, Address, City, etc) like it's being billed...

EDIT 2:
Nevermind. I looked in my user accounts Game Subscription List and even though I didn't fill that above junk in, my has a Download and Serial Code. Awesome.
