The biggest problem really is portion size and the fact that everything in the U.S. is processed with many added sugars, fats, and sodium.

In regards to the article, it was a rare one that I didn't find very humorous.

You do realize the article really is a satire of the real abstinence programs, right?  You know, those that deal with something other than food?
