Doesn't that make them cousins?

Also, they say "obvious sexual component", but then say the bites on the cheeks are "obviously sexual". So is there evidence of rape/sex, or are they just assuming so from the cheek bites? Though from the whole situation it sounds like these 2 were secret lovers (that is, if it began as consensual).

I think they haven't revealed the "obvious sexual" component yet.

And cousins marrying each other is common in Middle Eastern and Asian cultures. :P
