I don't really have anything really new to add, I just wanted to say that I just got hit with a new wave of awesomeness over how much this game is actually going to rule.

I really hate being patient and waiting...

I too am anxiously awaiting for Spore. 

I still have some doubts about the game... it seems so ambitious that I wonder if it will successfully deliver, but conceptually and from what I've seen, it's gonna be awesome.

I'm glad I don't get super-excited about game releases anymore.  I remember reading every snippet and viewing every screenshot of both The Ocarina of Time and Perfect Dark and being disappointed hugely every time they were delayed.

I too have a few doubts about it overall, but I'm super eager to get my hands on it.  At least I would be if Gears of War wasn't the only game I currently needed.

A new thread by you here, is like... well it is just cool. You should do this more often. I remember when you actually used to review games, though you were high when you wrote that NFS review. :P

But yes, Spore will rock.

So I was messing with StumbleUpon earlier, and it threw this (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8372603330420559198) at me. I was excited before, now I'm SUPER excited. It's like a year old, too.

Bonus: Take a drink every time he says "Procedural".

That's the video I saw last year that got me really excited for this game.  I truly hope it delivers.
