Dudes behind ModDB and IndieDB decided to make a client to make it easy to sell indie games and for players to download and install mods. Hearing its pretty cool. Currently they are lacking content, but its moving along. Guess they are trying to add at least 1 mod a day, and you can register your Humble Indie Bundle with them and download it through the client. Its pretty slick, and if you have a ModDB account then you already have a Desura account.
