Details here. (http://www.xblafans.com/huge-xbla-dashboard-sale-10227.html#more-10227) I picked up Double Fine's Costume Quest for 600 points ($7.50) and I only had to spend 400 ($5) because I've had 300 leftover forever. Yayz.

Some of that is just announcing what's coming up. Games on Demand are often stupidly expensive when they first release. But yeah, that's quite a list regardless. Thanks for putting it together.
Went and looked. H.A.W.X. 2 is $30. Not bad, but not a sale.
Costume Quest is perfect at that price. I loved it, but I'm basically done with it. The only things I have left to do is (maybe) find a few more items and see what the costumes I never bothered with look like in battle. You can pretty much stick to the same 3 costumes through most of the game. It's generally easy until the final boss, when you have to think more carefully about outfits and assigned battle cards.

Right, I just copied the article over without paying too much attention.
Definitely some sales I'm going to hit up very soon though

BFBC2 Vietnam and Onslaught mode are tempting. I haven't played the game in months though. I wonder just how much content is in Vietnam.

As I posted in this Magic the Gathering thread (http://www.overwritten.net/forum/index.php?topic=5353.0), I'm sort of interested in Magic on XBLA. Not sure if it's gonna be a money sink in the long run or not, like the real card game is.

Snoopy Flying Ace - 400msp (buy this people)
After downloading the trial again, I remember now why I turned my back on it. It's so ridiculously short that you get no sense at all of what the game is about, or how well it plays. I got angry then and turned my back on the game. Checking the reviews, the full game itself is reported to be way short as well, like 2 hours short. The bulk of its longevity is online multiplayer, which for whatever reason I've been shying away from for years. Without a meaty solo component, even $5 is just too much. I'm tempted, but not enough.
-
ah man perfect dark and braid are tempting at that price.

lol I just realized the "buy this people" on the end of Snoopy Flying Ace. I copied the list over from NeoGAF, so that's the recommendation from someone there. I didn't think it looked interesting enough to even try the demo.
