Damn, I posted this when I saw Notch (Minecraft) tweet it. In a little over an hour since then, it's gone from $1700 to about $5000. It'll no doubt hit it's $7k goal, possibly in part thanks to Notch's tweet.

So overnight they've gone up to $11k, and apparently right after Notch tweeted, he donated $2k, so that partially explains the $3k jump.

Gotta like these guys. (http://torrentfreak.com/indie-game-devs-post-pirated-game-on-the-pirate-bay-110909/) Instead of letting pirates release the game on Pirate Bay, they did it themselves. And this version is even pirate themed.
