Hahaha, I remember seeing this book on Amazon (I may have linked to it in IRC once).  It's kind of a pain in the ass that you have to download Audible's download manager to get it, but you can just use it to get the file and then uninstall it afterwards and then play it in Windows Media Player.  The slight irritation of having to do that was worth it though since it was hilarious.

EDIT: Well crap, it appears you can't play the file once you've deleted the Audible media stuff.  For anyone who doesn't want to mess around with the Audible stuff it's up on YouTube. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yqVnCAiWHw&feature=related)
