Penny Arcade style (http://www.penny-arcade.com/2011/12/27/just-wow1)
So Ocean Marketing sells some fancy controller, dude preorders it because he wants to get it in time for christmas. Time passes, nothing happens, contacts support to find out whats up. Support is entirely unprofessional and starts name dropping all kinds of industry names like it means something to the customer. Well, Gabe from PA gets involved when PAX is mentioned. So now they will never get a booth at PAX, basically everyone he namedropped is coming out and saying the guy is a douche, and of course everyone that reads Penny Arcade will have nothing to do with them.
How to totally tank your company.
-
Haha! What a fun read. That guy is barely literate, and acts very much like a hustler. If things go wrong, threaten the customer. That solves everything.
-
Hahaha what a douchebag!
I hope Dave got his money back and an Avenger for free!
-
As if the name-dropping wasn't bad enough, the guy drops the line about having 125 people dedicated to PR. Riiiight.
But in a way he's right. It's free press. I'd never heard of the company or the controller before today.
-
Honestly, the guy with the complaint seems like a moron too. I read a bunch of it and found them both annoying as hell and gave up.
-
Amusing stuff!

There’s so much disavowment going on you’d think 007 and MI6 were invovled.
-
Wow... video:
-
Ahaha! He looks just about exactly how I pictured him. What a doofus.
-
Wow... video:
Didn't find that one too funny.
-
I find it particularly special that this douchebag can't even spell his employer's name, repeatedly opting for "Ocean Marketting."
-
Is it his employer or his company? Now he has come up with a new company, also misspelled: "Ocean Stratagy".
-
That's what fly-by-nights do. When the jig is up, they change the name of the business, and maybe even their own.
-
Better and better. Please keep posting updates.

After Meltdown, Former N-Control PR Rep Attempting to Extort Company (http://www.maximumpc.com/article/news/after_meltdown_former_n-control_pr_rep_attempting_extort_company)
The saga of PR failure from Paul Christoforo, the now former PR man for N-Control, is not over. After his verbal abuse of a customer led to some good old fashioned Internet justice, N-Control’s new PR guy has let slip some details of how Christoforo is conducting himself and attempting to extort money from N-Control.
According to new PR rep Moisés Chiullan, Christoforo has been claiming via email that his tantrum was the best thing that ever happened to the delayed Avenger Controller. He says the attention will make the company a success, and he wants compensation. Chiullan claims that Christoforo has been holding various email and social media accounts for N-Control hostage in an effort to get a favorable contract drawn up.
Christoforo reportedly wants an upfront bonus, and ongoing compensation for the foreseeable future. N-Control is not backing down, and is evaluating its options for dealing with Christoforo. The new representative has clarified that the Avenger Controller website is not under Christoforo’s control, so mail sent there should be answered properly.
Wow. This guy is taking douche to the MAX.
-
Wow, that's pretty amazing. Someone needs to take a pipe to that guy's kneecaps.
-
The kind of funny thing is that the guy can't even just get away with starting up another shelf company - he's going to actually have to change his fucking name if he ever hopes to land another client.

Wow. This guy is taking douche to the MAX.
I'm sure N-Control could sue the guy into oblivion, but I guess that will take a long time. It's a shame that the guy is such an ass and had control over so much.

...possibly his appearance as well.
