Easy to do. Its [.youtube] (without the .), then the video id (eg,

for the vid above, MCWJUSulnro is the id), and then [./youtube] (without the .)

I don't know what you use at work, but in Firefox you can specifically forbid youtube with NoScript.  (Right-click 'S' on lower right of page).
