Title: Why are there like 5 renditions of snow white about to come out?

Any ideas? Isn't there a TV show? and a movie with Julie Roberts, and another one with that girl from Twilight? Why the hell are these all coming out around this time?

It's a tendency I've seen before.  Several movies with similar themes come out the same year.  Don't know why it happens.  Common pool of creative ideas?  Corporate espionage?  Something similar to the same things being invented by multiple people at the same time because conditions are right for them?

It's a cycle. Last couple of years have been Zombie.. Years before that it was all Aliens.. Guess now it's Fairy Tale/Fable theme.

You'll notice, every few years there's a theme. All media seem to revolve around the same themes.

Cause everyone in hollywood knows what everyone else is doing so they want to make sure they jump on the bandwagon?
