I actually read that.  Interesting approach.  Not sure how the flat structure works for them, assuming it's more than PR bullshit.  The company timeline is informative as well.

Queue uncontrollable fanboy gushing in 3...2, oh, it's already here.

Well, Valve just bought another year of Can-Do-No-Wrong from the gaming community. Good for them. I bet making that book took less than 1/10 of the time of making a game. Is it too cynical to think that this leak is intentional?

I don't think it's a coincidence that this leaks out around the same time Valve are hiring new talent for their hardware project.
