Of course the reason its PC exclusive is none of the current crop of consoles can fun UE4. They call it a co-op sandbox survival game with some kind of building element. I hope they release some gameplay footage because it sounds like it could be interesting, but the screens don't tell us anything.

UE4 not running on current consoles, this game not being part of one of their major franchises, etc. This as a PC exclusive makes sense. Also, Epic has big a big supporter of Xbox 360, and has been very vocal about wanting new consoles, and wanting them to be powerful. Releasing a PC exclusive game sort of shows Microsoft that if the hardware doesn't come, they'll move on without it.
