Uniloc isn't a DRM company. They don't make anything, they just have a bunch of bullshit vague software patents and sue anyone that comes up with anything even close to matching their description.
EDIT Ok, looks like they do make DRM, or at least did. According to Wikipedia Uniloc USA just "licenses it patents"...ie, sues anyone that comes up with anything similar. Patent trolls.

Uniloc's DRM was actually used on Alpha Protocol PC.
Newest patch of AP PC actually patched it out.
