Ahahahaha. I liked the game quite a bit and probably still would, but I do fully agree with what he's saying - people overrate it so much and treat it like something it's not.

I can't get that to play in FF.  It's up to date now too.  I keep getting a black screen with about 5 large dashes in the center.  It looks like it may be trying to get me to type my birthdate, but the code is borked.  Allowing the entire page, all scripts, no help.  Youtube link?

No, youtube works fine.  Youtube always works fine.  It's other websites that seem to be inspired by Rube Goldberg when they implement their video applets.  Something often trips them up.  In this case, it's Sy's giantbomb link that I can't get to work.

Oh, I missed that.  Just watched it (I had a similar problem but just waited and eventually it loaded).  It looks pretty lame.

Yeah, it's really not the great game that some make it out to be.  But it actually can be pretty fun to play.  The whole game is that old school, race the clock, high score above all kind of thing. The point, as I've seen it, is to blast through the levels and find the best line to collect little ball things and get bonus points. It can get fairly addictive and I remember zoning out on it.  It sure as hell doesn't age well, gameplay-wise though.

I'm sure there are assholes out here saying that these guys are playing it wrong.  And, I guess there is a bit of a point there, but the fact that you even CAN play it "wrong" is a testament to why it's not the great game people make it out to be.  Doesn't hold a candle at all to Mario 64.
