In all seriousness, this forum (and moreso the IRC channel) have become an integral part of getting through the day.  I know I'm a relative newcomer, and it was really nice to be accepted into the fold immediately like I was.

I wish the board were just slightly more active, but otherwise really enjoy the laid back atmosphere here.

In short:  I love you, too.

I don't know why I stay away from IRC.  Maybe it's the immediacy thing?  I too wish the board was more like it used to be.  I'm here, or at least my PC is, most of the time.

Yea I do wish there was more activity. I realize you guys are very important to me. It is nice to have an online forum full of old friends. K-Man... it doesn't feel like you haven't been here from the beginning.

And likewise! I feel a bit like the odd man out lately because I've been so focused on projects, haven't had time for IRC, all that. I actually had the forum blocked along with FB/Twitter/YouTube/etc. using Leechblock for Firefox because I'm trying to keep myself from wasting time, though I took the forum off of that pretty quick. I don't really feel like it distracts me all that much since, as has been mentioned, it isn't super busy, plus it's usually good therapy. You guys are pretty much my only friends now since I don't know almost anyone out here that isn't Pyro.

Yeah, sorry I'm not on here so much lately. But I am almost always on IRC from about 8am until I go to sleep.

I'm kidding, it's actually pretty cool how we still all e-hangout.  I'm sure we're all in very different places than we were when we first met.

Can say that again. I think I lost my dad like right before I got here, then I got married, got divorced, got squished to a paste, quit my job, started going back to school, published my first poetry and fiction... I've gone through a lot since I met you guys.
