I remember the Optimus OLED Keyboard (http://www.artlebedev.com/everything/optimus/)! It's a really cool idea, but not for $1200.

I'm still gonna hold out for a decent Holo Keyboard (http://www.coolest-gadgets.com/20060328/touch-sensitive-holographic-keyboard/).

Oh I heard about that Bluetooth Laser keyboard.  It sounded awesome, but somewhat artificial because you're not actually 'pressing' anything.
