Siliconera -> Tekken producer is considering maybe bringing Tekken to the PC via Steam. (http://www.siliconera.com/2013/11/03/tekken-producer-will-consider-pc-release-via-steam/)

Cool. Man, I haven't played Tekken since I bought Tekken 3 for PSX.

I played Tekken 3 at the arcades.
My last Tekken on the consoles was Tekken 2 for the PSX.

I never saw the appeal, personally.

Yeah, I never really liked Tekken at all.

I believe 3 is when the series peaked. It was the first game I played where I was convinced the console version was better than its arcade counterpart.
IV was a step backwards. 5 was good, but I haven't even bothered with 6.

So, Steam has a Free Weekend on Tekken 7.
And it's a lot of fun. Runs and looks great.
Been checking it out and it's really bringing back the feeling of when there were some old-school brawlers for series: Street Fighter, Tekken, and MK.
Be warned, though: this game is around 71GB in size.
Side note: Street Fighter 5 is also on a Free Weekend, BTW.
