MARIO + RABBIDS KINGDOM BATTLE (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyOpl7SlCYc) is Mario meets Rabbids meets Xcom. No, I don't know why. But it actually looks good.
Skull & Bones (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A72NoMuQst0) is the Black Flag naval combat expanded out into its own game. I'm in for this.
Ubisoft also had a CG trailer for Beyond Good and Evil 2. Which is a prequel and...multiplayer-ish in some way? And has a monkey that likes to drop f-bombs? I don't know how to feel about it, to be honest.

Fuck everything about a new Assassin's Creed game, I'm all over the Skull & Bones game.
-
Sonys show was mostly pure game trailers, and also a bunch of stuff we've known about before. Except another remake of Shadow of the Colossus? That was strange. Not that I'm opposed to it.
Monster Hunter World (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ro6r15wzp2o&feature=youtu.be) has me pretty excited, though. HD Monster Hunter! And it'll be coming to PC!
Oh, I didnt see Tunic (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0f9OoELUhKY) posted from one of the earlier shows. Looks to be an isometric zelda-like game, with a gorgeous low-poly and amazing lighting art style.

Well now we know why Nintendo came down on AM2R so hard. Metroid: Samus Returns (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhOx-FpEAQk) for 3DS, a remake of the Gameboy game.
In addition they announced Metroid Prime 4 for Switch. But nothing known or shown for that other than the logo.
Super Mario Odyssey (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGQHQc_3ycE) looks really damn good.
Kirby (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cc3PAAije0Y) and Yoshi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sx_C9jJ0AlA) shown for Switch.
A full RPG Pokemon for switch was announced but again nothing shown.
-
IGN was showing off the new South Park: The Fractured But Whole (RPG), a few minutes ago.
Looks hilarious. :)

GameSpot is showing off Destiny 2.

Console versions for PS4 + XB1 are coming on Sept 6.
PC version is coming October 24th.
