I made that smiley myself.  It's hard to explain, but this board is particular about smileys, and if you mess around with them by not having ones it wants or making new ones, you can fuck it up, like I did on my test board.  I like the IPB smileys a lot more than the SMF ones, so I brought them over.

SMF wanted an evil smiley, and there really isn't an IPB one that I could find, so I used the top half of the angry smiley and the bottom half of the happy smiley.  I thought it turned out pretty well.  I tried adding horns on my own, but it looked like crap so i got rid of it.

The afro smiley is my creation as well.

I know which one you're talking about.  No, not yet.  Like I said, messing with what smileys are available can screw things up.
