Belmont wanted IRC at work...well....IRC at Work (http://ircatwork.com/), a web based IRC client. I just tried it and it does indeed connect. Server is us.quakenet.org for a random US server.
I tried that at work and I'm guessing its blocked somehow along with other sites that have web based clients.I think I know how they're blocking it and what you need to do to bypass it. Nevertheless, I'm not telling. Because IRC sucks.
