For some reason I love it when the Joker says "...Like me!" (following "...to them you're just a freak...").
I initially had some doubts about Heath Ledger but now I'm becoming impressed! Plus since I don't like the guy much in any of his movies I think he'll make a great villain I can love to hate :P

Man, I just realized one by-product of this movie.. We are gonna hear a barrage of catch-phrases after it hits theatres! They're gonna be catchy and freaky!

I'm worried. I watched this like 5 times. It certainly looks promising, and I'll be glad to watch the end result if it lives up to that promise. But, WTF is the giant hairy deal? I was expecting one or two minutes of nirvana, from the awed reverence this clip has been amassing. Instead, I got a typical trailer for a big-budget comic-book movie. Explain it to me. I'm concerned about my emotional detachment where others seem to have invested so much emotion.

umm.. I guess this can be applied to all, it's just a trailer. But I'm pretty happy with the Joker so far and how this seems to be turning out fairly well.

Yeah, I was excited when it came on before I Am Legend, but afterwards I was left wondering if it was going to be any good. It was just a bunch of shots of The Joker's nasty hair.
It didn't look bad or anything, but I don't think it particularly showed off Heath Ledger's acting skills or lack thereof, and it certainly didn't really show what the movie was going to be like at all. It just didn't do anything for me.

Yeah, I'm sort of in that camp too. It has me super excited about the movie, but not because I thought it was that amazing. But I do really like the direction they seem to be going, and the way it looks like the Joker turned out.

I saw this trailer was on the I Am Legend DVD.
It's been a while since I said, "This look like something I should definitely go see on the big screen." (at the theatres)
