Title: USB Stick Sync?

Is there any easy way of getting a usb stick to sync with a folder everytime you plug it in?  Organizing my files across three computers is kind of a bitch and I don't like only having the thought of having my latest stuff just on my loss-prone stick.

I use Syncback to do my backs. I'm not sure if you can set it to automatically back up when you plug in the stick but you can get it down to one button push.
