I am disturbed that such a term exists.

The whole article almost seems like an April Fool's joke.

The cause? Apparently horses don't fuck around when they're getting busy.

I don't know how to react to that.

As for the mice, I was really confused and felt sorry for the creatures.

But this probably explains it:

And yea, that video is sort of brutal. That horse cock had to be in his chest during a couple of those thrusts. Frankly I would be surprised if he lived.
