anyways, even if they are fireworks i know they could have posed a danger. the guy was obviously drunk and maybe even senile. like i used to visit my friend at a VA hospital where she worked and saw a bunch of elderly vets and man most of them were crazy. so adding alcohol into the mix was probably asking for a whole lot of trouble.

I heard about the link you posted but it's not the worst I've heard of recently.
A Jacksonville mosque was bombed with a pipebomb last year. Recently a mosque in Oregon was torched by an arsonist. A man in Florida was recently asked if he was muslim. He replied that he was and was then stabbed by an assailant. Building permits are being denied all across the US for no other reason than the city councils not wanting muslims in the community. There are countless reports of this kind of activity from the ACLU and muslim organizations. They get coverage locally but the stories never seem to get picked up nationally.
Anecdotally I can tell you the muslim population in the US has been talking about crimes against them based on religion or ethnicity increasing drastically for years now. It's become politically correct to discriminate against muslims. Unfortunately muslims are just the latest in a long history of discrimination and hate crime in this country.

That book was awesome, I read it in the fifth grade. Every time I see office space (jump to conclusions mat) I think about that book.

That's too bad, I hear they have some of the most beautiful people in the world. Soft olive skin, beautiful almond eyes, dark luxurious chest hair, and the men are supposed to be attractive as well.

It's all lies, bullshark. The most beautiful people in the world reside right in my neighborhood. Really wonderful people, all around. The women with great bodies and smiles, the men with confidence and swagger. All very knowledgeable, laughing constantly.
