it's sort of sad that I'm not surprised to see stuff like this. Hopefully now that it's out int he public eye a bit, some commotion will be raised and something might get done about it. Up until now, I'm guessing anyone who knew was used to it or just didn't care.

That video is two years old. A cursory search of Wikipedia suggests nothing was ever done.
