Reviews are up for AC:V.

Even despite lots of bugs, clipping graphics issues, and other problems - this is still reviewing & scoring quite well. Probably would be through the roof more places, if it wasn't for the bugs, stability, graphics, and other issues of the technical sort.

I haven't played any of the newer revision AC games.  I wonder if this is a good spot to jump on board or if one of the other ones on discount would be a good spot.  Decisions....

If you didn't know, the other day AC: Val PC owners found out Achievements weren't in the PC version and weren't happy about it.

Someone from Ubi said this was intended; they're doing Rewards instead; and all future PC versions won't have Achievements.

Latest is: UbiSoft in PR damage control mode now; and Ubi backtracks on this one.

Ubi now says it was not intended to leave Achievements out & that they will be coming to AC Valhalla PC.

Get the other ones cheap, I'd say.

Watch like Fanatical, GMG, Epic (if you don't mind Epic), etc etc...for deals.

AC: Origins Gold; and AC: Odyssey Gold or Ultimate (complete editions w/ all DLC's) have been in the $20-30 on sale regularly.

Also, keep in mind - Layla Hassan's modern-day storyline (just like Desmond's from AC1, AC2, AC:BH, Revelations, and AC3) is carrying over from Origin to Odyssey to now Valhalla.

Also, supposedly...Valhalla does have references to pretty much every other AC game.
