It only lasted a couple minutes and I didn't even see it, but the ground is wet, the animals are out, and everything smells awesome.  I'm so ready for some fall weather.  All this 90+ degree shit is just getting old... I hope today signals a change for the better.

I love rainy days as well. Dark gloomy days are the best.

The only problem in this part of the world is that moderate rain almost guarantees power outages.

Yeah.  It does here too, actually.  I fully expect to lose power at some point today.  California is utterly retarded... the first rain after a long dry spell almost always kills the power.  Has something to do with turning the dust into mud.  Once it starts raining consistently it's okay, but the first few can be a real pain.
