Nice, I will have to check that out later.  The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society did something along these lines with a few of Lovecraft's works but turned them into 1930's style radio dramas which were pretty cool.  They aren't free like this one though.

I'd forgotten to check these out. I need to download and make an album of them, especially since I have a bunch of Lovecraft on my iPod, but the stuff from Librivox is almost universally terrible. I mean the quality there is never great, but it's amazing how bad some of it can be. Some of these people sound like they read books once a decade. The previews I did of the stuff idol linked to, though, sounded quite good.
