Well since the last three were crap. I feel this deserves a reboot more than anything else.

Is that Lord of the Rings music at the start? Sounds so familiar.

Anyway, well, I'm sure it's going to be better than the last one and with Nolan involved there's hope of something somewhat impressive.

Yea it is placeholder till Hans Zimmer finishes the score. They aren't going with the classic John Williams music to distance themselves from the previous films.

Well since the last three were crap. I feel this deserves a reboot more than anything else.

I suppose if this one brings Superman up to snuff with the better Batman movies,  it will be worthwhile.  Otherwise, it will just be one more iteration that someone will try to redo yet again in short order.  It seems to be a staple with comics movies anymore.  I think The Hulk must hold some sort of record for quick reboot.

They really need to get it right this time. If it sucks and it isn't worthwhile to do a sequel they will lose the rights to the Superman estate or something.

Technically, "Superman Returns" was considered the fifth film in the series starting with the original Christopher Reeves Superman. The upcoming film "Man of Steel" will actually be the first reboot.
