Proteus

Site

I don't know if it'll be worth the $10 when it comes out of beta next week (and onto Steam, but still a DRM free version will be on the site), because its just an ambient thing and not really a game. But I still want to check it out.

PC Gamer checked it out a while back and it just sounds like something to experience. Really tempted for grab it now for $7.50 before the price goes up.

Neat find! That is tempting. I love explorey games.

EDIT - Okay, get it. Get it now. I was originally going to say totally worth it even if you only spent a half hour with it, but I've already spent more and it's very, very cool.

Man, did nobody else ever try this? That's disappointing.

I did and "finished" it once.  It was pretty fun and I plan on doing some repeat playing of it since I know I haven't seen everything.
