On Netflix, just go and watch it.

That is all.

I am on the fifth episode. It's not bad. Wish Kingpin was bigger. I realize they can't possibly find someone as big as in the comics, but this guy isn't even that big.

I like Vincent D'Onforio. I agree he's tiny compared to the comic book Kingpin but he makes Wilson Fisk seem more real, somehow more plausible. Michael Clark-Duncan (may he rest in peace) was a mountain of a man and played a fair role as the Kingpin in the Daredevil movie.

I like the show so far, it's very gritty. Which is a stark contrast with Marvel's other stuff, which generally feels more colourful. I think this is the one that's more directly competing with DC Comics' shows.

I kinda like this guy as Fisk.   The thing about comic book Fisk is that he makes no sense at all.   He's pretty much the size of the hulk in the movies, which really wouldn't fit in the movie universe at all.

Well he's not as big. I think Kingpin is about 6' 6'' ... 6' 7'' while Hulk is between 8' to 9' depending.

I agree that its not reasonable to find someone with comic book proportions but Kingpin should be more imposing. He's a physical challenge to DareDevil. Though I have to say I've only watched till episode 5.

Anyway, I am the only one who has an issue with this. Everyone else is fine with Fisk in the show.

This was an unexpected surprise.  I would edit out about half the emo stuff and most of the obvious filler, and release it as a kickass 2-3 parter.  When it was on, it really was on.  Thanks for posting about it.

Let's see where it goes from here.

Finished it off today, man it really builds up to something awesome at the end. I thought that guy as Kingpin was perfect.

I warmed up to Kingpin. But I somewhat agree with Cobra. Maybe not reduce it to a 3 parter, but at least edit out 30%. It felt filler.

Regardless, a great show. Anyone watch The Flash?

Well, I meant a 2-3 part movie, as in 5-6 hours.  I know 3 hours would not be enough.

I haven't felt like anything was filler so far. I think I'm on episode 5 or 6, thoroughly enjoying it. It's got humor, romance, cute girls, intrigue, solid writing, and buckets of violence. I'm all about it. I think D'Onofrio is great as Fisk, though I've been pretty pleased with the cast as a whole for the most part.

I think they have?   They have a whole slew of Netflix shows on the way, culminating in another Avengers-type thing.

Nice. If it's anywhere near as good as the first season, that'll be great.

Second season was great. Especially everything that involved The Punisher.

As a whole I think I preferred Jessica Jones but they're all just so good.

I was pretty happy with season 2 also. Not as good as the first, but still pretty great.
